Design Plate

Advantages of Design Plate
  • Creation of superior designs with variety of colors and patterns.
  • Achievement of unique and smooth surfaces with Metallic and High Gloss films.
  • Color and design option of PVC Film is endless compared to a coated product. This gives our customers the advantage of responding quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Stronger against scratches in comparison to other material.
  • Since metal plates are delivered after sized and laminated according to customer preferences, the producer saves time and cost from series of production processes such as cleaning, sizing and coating.
  • Since laminated plates are delivered after detailed quality inspection, our customers reduce the risk of manufacturing defects to zero.

Technicial Specifications

WHAT IS LAMINATION

It is a process of adhesion between PVC Film and the metal plate under a series of heat treatment with a special type of adhesive. The main difference between lamination and the other known methods of adhesion is the fact that PVC Film and metal are co-laminated into a sort of rigid flexibility, meaning; on the condition that certain conditions are adhered, by the time the laminated plate is forged or shaped the metal and PVC Film move coherently and thus after forging or shaping, a PVC Film laminated metal is totally immune from the problems like surface distortion, color variation and scratches. Whereas, if the regular adhesion methods and material are used such problems are inevitable.
